履职以来，我始终把当一名优秀的人民教师当作自己工作追求，因为多年的教育工作让我深刻地认识到教育工作的祟高与伟大，它肩负着国家民族兴旺强盛的重任。而做为大学教师，这份责任是责无旁贷的。因而，我时刻告诫自己：一定要忠于党的教育事业、一定要将自己全部的热情和力量献给学生，授业解惑、教好学生，因而几年来，我始终坚持不断地学习，尽最大的努力去接触、了解、认识，掌握新事物，积极投身到教学实践中去……
自1997年参加工作以来，本人一直重视个人思想素质的不断提高，坚持学习建设有中国特色的社会主义理论，坚持党的基本路线、拥护党的路线、方针、政策，模范遵守国家各项法律、法规及规章制度，模范执行学校行政的各项决议和学校的各项规章制度，工作上坚决服从组织分配认真履行教师工作职责，刻苦学习，努力工作，教书育人，具有开拓创新精神。
一、 师德品质高尚进步，教育观念正确先进
我有高尚的师德，纯正的品质，对党无限忠诚，献身教育事业，积极学习政治理论，在各方面都能从严从高要求自己，言行堪为学生表率。二十年多年来，我奋斗在教育教学和管理第一线，在工作中讲究团结协作，服从组织安排，敢挑能挑重担，积极完成学校交给的任务，成绩显著。
二、 专业知识扎实，理论知识优化
从教多年来，我一直在继续学习农村与区域发展专业知识，教育专业知识，英语专业知识，以广博的知识拓宽学生的视野，以传神的语言拨动学生的心弦，以先进的理论指导教学实践。
三、 把握教学各环节，教学效果明显
在教学中，我注意理论与实践相结合，注意搜集学生在实践中遇到的实际问题，结合理论教学从理论上解释出现的问题，提出解决问题的方法和措施，并积极培养学生的动手能力。不断提高教学质量，教学效果评价良好。
1 、认真备课 . 作为一名教师 , 上好一堂课不难 , 但备好一堂课很难 . 因此 , 每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上 , 认认真真钻研教材和教法, 不满意就不收工。我认真研究课文 , 找出了重点 , 难点 , 准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动 , 不沉闷 , 我还为此准备了大量的教具 ,授课时就胸有成竹了。有时准备好的教学课件 , 让学生观学习 , 学生特别用功 , 教学效果十分理想 . 与此可见 , 认真备课对教学十分重要。
2 、认真组织课堂教学。一堂课的四十多分钟 , 就是一个教师表演技能的阶段。上课时 , 本着 " 传道 , 授业 , 解惑 " 的原则 ,努力提高教学质量 , 使讲解有条理 , 清晰 , 准确 , 生动。我上课一定要设法令学生投入 , 不让其分心 , 这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富 ,现实，使每堂课学生有所获 , 努力使学生打好基础 , 培养能力 , 发展智慧 , 培养学生的正确思维方式 , 养成良好的学习习惯。
3 、注意因材施教 , 因为英语课的特殊情况 , 学生大部分基础差 ,不爱学。为此 ,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。从平时的课堂反应 , 课后交流 , 周记记录中掌握各个学生的心理状况 , 抓住他们的特点和个性 ,有的放矢地与其进行交流 , 及时给予关怀和关爱。善于发现学生的优点 , 并给予表扬 ; 积极发现后进生的闪光点 , 及时给予鼓励 ,树立他们的自信心。只要坚持对这些同学的辅导 , 他们的基础重新建立起来 , 以后授课的效果就会更好。

科研方面
坚持以教学带动科研，以科研促进教学。任现职以来，我公开发表论文19篇，其中核心刊物和权威刊物6篇;参编著作、教材、教参等书籍7本;主持完成了自治区教育科学研究课题或改革项目3项，主持在研的教育厅科研课题1项。论学习，注意了解学科的一些最新成果和前沿知识。
